Abstract
L’Autore descrive la recente riforma della disciplina regionale siciliana sul procedimento amministrativo muovendo da una ricostruzione degli spazi di autonomia normativa della Regione alla luce della giurisprudenza costituzionale, dandone una valutazione largamente positiva.
Some remarks on norms enacted by the Sicilian Region on administrative procedure
The Author describes the reform of regional law on administrative procedure enacted in Sicily approaching the topic from the perspective of the “spaces” of normative authonomy given to the Region. To this extent it is taken into account the Constitutional Court case law. The Author givese a positive evaluation of the reform.
