Abstract
Il presente contributo si propone di esaminare le città metropolitane nell’attuale contesto normativo con particolare riferimento alla legge Delrio. Ci si sofferma, in particolare, sull’esame degli organi metropolitani e degli Statuti delle città metropolitane, riflettendo su quale possa essere il futuro delle città metropolitane in un contesto storico che vede la necessità di rivisitare la legge Delrio anche alla luce delle funzioni amministrative loro attribuite.
