Il saggio si prefigge di offrire una panoramica delle molteplici forme che può assumere la valorizzazione delle comunità nei processi di rigenerazione, non solo urbana, ma più in generale del territorio e non solo
circoscritta al recupero fisico dell’esistente, ma estesa al rinnovamento socio-economico delle aree interessate La prima parte del saggio raccoglie una serie di suggestioni provenienti dal contesto internazionale, mentre la seconda si focalizza sulle esperienze emergenti nella realtà italiana.

The enhancement of communities in regeneration processes: foreign suggestions and Italian experiences

The essay aims to offer an overview of the multiple forms that assume the enhancement of communities in regeneration processes, not only urban, but more generally of the territory and not limited to the physical recovery of the existing, but extended to socio-economic renewal of the areas concerned. The first part of the essay collects a series of suggestions from the international context, while the second focuses on emerging experiences in the Italian reality.
