Abstract
Il sistema di Assicurazione della Qualità garantisce la Qualità che per l’Università è la capacità di porsi obiettivi di valore e di raggiungerli, utilizzando strumenti per misurare l’efficacia delle azioni confrontando i risultati con gli obiettivi stabiliti. Questo sistema si basa sul modello PlanDo-Check-Act governato dall’architettura del sistema AQ.

The Quality Assurance Processes

The Quality Assurance system ensures Quality, which for the University is the ability to set valuable goals and achieve them, using tools to measure the effectiveness of actions by comparing the results with the established objectives. This system is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act model governed by the architecture of the Quality Assurance system.
