Abstract
Il contributo intende ricostruire lo statuto giuridico della sicurezza nazionale, attualmente caratterizzato da connotati ordinamentali estrema-mente sfuggenti. Il lavoro proverà a mettere a fuoco i limiti dell’attuale assetto giuridico del presidio della sicurezza nazionale, nonché le modalità con cui la stessa si relaziona con la gerarchia di diritti e con il complesso intreccio di poteri che caratterizzano l’identità costituzionale italiana ed eurounitaria.
National security between rights and resources
The paper aims to reconstruct the legal status of national security, currently characterized by extremely elusive legal connotations. The paper will try to focus on the limits of the current legal structure of the national security garrison, as well as the ways in which it relates to the hierarchy of rights and the complex intertwining of powers that characterize the Italian and European Union constitutional identity.
