Abstract
Il lavoro descrive la trasformazione della farmacia da struttura vocata esclusivamente alla dispensazione dei farmaci a presidio di prossimità del Servizio Sanitario Nazionale che eroga all’utenza una serie di servizi. Si affronterà, prima, il diritto delle farmacie, anche alla luce della giurisprudenza costituzionale e amministrativa. Si passerà, poi, a descrivere l’evoluzione della farmacia dei servizi, da sperimentazione a realtà solida nel panorama sanitario.
Health and resources: the case of the service pharmacy
This paper describes the transformation of the pharmacy from a facility solely dedicated to dispensing medications to a local hub of the National Health Service that provides users with a range of services. The paper will first describe pharmacy law, including in light of consti-tutional and administrative case law. It will then describe the evolution of the service-oriented pharmacy, from a pilot program to a well-established part of the healthcare landscape.
