Abstract

Questo contributo passa in rassegna alcune delle riforme giuridiche attuate in Spagna ispirate al “Pacto contra el transfuguismo”: a livello locale, la regolamentazione dei consiglieri “non iscritti” e il loro ruolo nella mozione di censura del sindaco; a livello autonomico la riforma del regolamento del Parlamento della Comunità autonoma dell’Andalusia.

Political transfugism and Decision-Making Procedures in the Local Councils and the Parliaments of the Autonomous Communities in Spain

This article examines some of the legal reforms implemented in Spain inspired by the ‘Pacto contra el transfuguismo’: at the local level, the regulation of ‘non-registered’ councillors and their role in the mayor’s motion of censure; at the autonomous level, the reform of the regulation of the Parliament of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.
